Internal Sliding Doors

There is no such thing as an off-the-shelf sliding door. What you have to do is pick one (or more) doors from our Internal Door Range and then decide what configuration of sliding or folding you want, be it single door, double or more.  This will determine what Sliding door track you require. One track per door is required.

Here are some of the options available

Husky Sliding Track: With this option you can have the door sliding either into an existing cavity or flush with the wall so it is still visible when open. This is the most popular and flexible system.

Pocket Door: This system comes complete with the sliding track from which to hang the door and a “pocket” into which the door slides. By applying your wall boards to both sides of the pocket you are in effect creating a wall which will hide the door when fully open.

Folding / Sliding: This system is used primarily when you have an opening which is too large for double doors or if you want to divide and entire room. The system allows you to use multiple doors in a variety of configurations (eg. 2 doors opening to the left, three to the right or 4 doors opening one way only). The doors will fold as they slide and pile neatly to the side.

The pictures below show some of the options available. Please remember that you can use any door you like for your sliding doors.
